All resin products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
